We use professional equipment, including sanding machines connected to high-performance vacuum systems. The sanding process is therefore 99% dust-free (a light cleaning may still be required), making it much cleaner for your space and better for your health.

We use different sandpaper grits. The sanding begins with coarse sandpaper (30–40 grit) to remove the varnish layer and imperfections, followed by a medium grit (50–60). To smooth the surface, a finishing sanding is performed using a fine grit (80–100).

For edges and corners, we use an orbital sander to ensure precise work. Once the sanding is completed, the surface is polished using a floor buffer.

We do not need to remove the moldings to perform the sanding.

The wood is then ready to receive the finish of your choice: a high-quality eco-friendly varnish, a matte oil finish or a varnish, depending on the desired effect. A semi-transparent stain can also be applied before the varnish to transform the appearance of your floor.
